The Museum of the Plains Indians, Browning, Montana – the real reason to visit Browning is this spectacular museum! The superb collections of costumes, tools, weapons, beadwork, toys, crafts, and ceremonial items provide detailed information about 11 northern plains tribes in the early 1800 era.
The Blackfoot artists and sculptor, John Clarke's and Victor Pepion’s work can both be viewed at the museum. Summer displays include painted teepees. While visiting Glacier National Park be sure to take in this local gem!
