Description: The hotel is located in Philipsburg, MT, less than an hour’s drive southeast of Missoula. This historical hotel offers nine wonderfully renovated rooms, from cozy rooms to spacious suites, for your lodging pleasure. The 900 square foot Big Cowboy lounge has cozy furniture groupings that can be converted to a meeting space. The lounge sits 60 people theater style, 50 for dinner, or 125 for a reception. With a large skylight, fireplace, stage, and library, this room can be included with group bookings. Adjoining the lounge is a large kitchen/coffee bar area. A central counter seats eight people at a time, and the coffee is always on. This hotel is a wonderful staging site for exploring the Philipsburg territory, with its many activities: ghost towns, historical walking tours, fishing, hiking, sapphire hunting, live theater, and specialty shopping. Nearby Georgetown Lake offers spectacular summer and winter activities.
